Hello world!

Categories: Who We Are

We are bringing together a community of stay-at-home or part-time working mothers and fathers who desire to reach out in service to those in need. By offering a setting that is baby and child friendly, parents can gather to work on service projects without having to worry about child care. Depending upon the service project, parents can involve their children in the service, complete the service while watching their children or letting their children play, or divide and conquer—some parents can watch the children while others complete the project.

The direction that this small group takes is entirely up to the parents who participate. And while service is its focus, this group is also a wonderful source of support to its members who all share similar joys and challenges of caring for children.

The group will be meeting at 4.00 pm every second Friday of the month at First Congregational Church (444 E. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43215) in the Toddler Room of the Education Wing.

If you are interested in participating in this group, please contact Catherine Kennedy at cskennedy1981@yahoo.com. We look forward to hearing from you!
